Parents who wish to visit and observe in any classroom should make arrangements with the teacher the day before the visit so that testing, etc. is not disturbed. In accord with Matthew 18:15-17, any parent(s) having a complaint with a teacher is expected to route his/her complaint through the following channel:
a) speak with the teacher;
b) if the problem is not solved, speak with the principal;
c) if satisfaction is not yet reached, a parent may request to speak at a school board meeting.
