National Lutheran Schools Week provides our network of more than 1,800 LCMS preschools, elementary schools, and high schools with the public opportunity to proclaim and celebrate God’s work among us in Lutheran schools. We thank God for the opportunity to provide excellent academic preparation for the children we serve. We are most grateful for the opportunity to share Jesus’ amazing love with children and their families. National Lutheran Schools Week gives us an opportunity to proclaim these great blessings within the communities we serve. Our schools are amazing incubators for faithful witness of God’s love for us through Christ by teachers and students alike. “Making Disciples for Life” is the theme for the 2023 National Lutheran Schools Week celebration. The associated scripture verse is Matthew 28:18-20 which says: “And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'”

Basketball Games Canceled! Tonight's Boys Games (both teams 4/5th and 7/8th) against Medora have been canceled for Tuesday, 1/17/23.
